31st – Sarah Spencer’s Transatlantic Jazz Band featuring guest Jesper Capion Larsen from Denmark on clarinet.

Reviews:
John & Brenda Bugg: “Despite a dep. drummer, the rhythm section hummed and thrummed beautifully.  Hugh Crozier always a delight and Jim Swinnerton on Bass smashed it.  Jesper the Danish clarinettist was as solid as a a kilo of Lurpak and Mike Henry shows why he’s called ‘Magic’.  All round Jazz sound.”
Julia Hubery & Mark Willis: “We feel privileged to hear such fantastic energy and playing both ensemble and solos.  Especially liked There’s a House for Sale in Harlem and the clarinet duet.”
Yvonne, Juliette & Malcolm: “Great evening of entertainment.  Very professional – excellent musicians and varied repertoire.  Especially liked Jesper’s rendition of The Old Rugged Cross.“
Lesley & Roger: “A super choice of obscure and well known tunes, played by a very talented group of musicians who were enjoying playing together.  Made for a very entertaining evening for us.  Perfect “
Nick, Heather & Carole: “A very popular band playing at their usual high standard, including some rarely heard tunes.  As always – very brilliant “
Richard, Gill & Gwyn: “Really enjoyed this band, especially House for Sale in Harlem.  Our feet never stopped tapping.”
